Throughout the year we stage our own series of special events that are open for all to come and enjoy. Past events have included open air theatre, pop-up cinema nights, music events, pop-up supper nights, arts events, and charity fundraisers. 


Friday 20th July 2018
With guest chefs Kernow Forno


Join us for our next pop-up supper night in our brand new event space - The Cowyard Barn. Feast on gourmet woodfired pizza from guest chefs Kernow Forno in the rustic splendour of the new barn and enjoy atmospheric music from talented Tintagel crooner Callum Flew whilst you dine.

On arrival:

A glass of Prosecco

To follow, your choice of 12 inch pizzas with:
Cornish Salami from award winning Deli Farm Charcuterie with mozzarella and dressed with wild rocket

Serrano ham with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella

Fiorentina - garlic and tomato base with spinach, parmesan and mozzarella with a free range St Ewe egg in the middle

Butternut squash roasted in olive oil and cayenne pepper served with fresh rosemary, pine nuts, goats cheese and mozzarella

Roasted chicken on a pesto base with sundried tomatoes and mozerella

For dessert choose between:
Very chocolatey brownie served with clotted cream and seasonal berries

Vanilla New York baked cheesecake dressed with homemade lemon curd and seasonal berries

Gluten free bases will be available, plus vegan cheese with other vegan friendly vegetable options.

Tickets are £20 per person which will include a glass of Prosecco on arrival, a choice of 12” pizza from the special supper menu, a choice of dessert, and live music. The new Cowyard bar (cash and cards taken) will be open throughout the evening.

Hosted by Anon Design & Next Wave Yoga

Perfect for those looking for a relaxing and mindful day alone or with a friend, expand your creativity and wellbeing with a workshop taught by Lyndsey of Anon Design Studio and a yoga session with Amy of Next Wave Yoga.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a lovely selection of hot and cold refreshments, we will then lead straight into a relaxing 90 minute yoga session with Amy.

We’ll then pause for a lovely healthy and nutritious lunch created especially for you by Pengenna Manor and served in the recently converted barn.

After your refreshing break you then spend a couple of hours with us learning how to create basic shapes with your calligraphy pen whilst working towards mastering the modern calligraphy alphabet and basic phrases.

And to finish the day what’s better than a lovely cup of tea and freshly made cake.

By the end of the workshop you will have gained the confidence to be able to create your own quotes and favourite words to take home and impress your friends.

The cost is £120 per person which includes welcome refreshments, the 90 minute yoga session, a healthy buffet lunch, the two hour calligraphy workshop, and tea and cake to finish. You will also receive your very own calligraphy kit to take away which includes pen, nibs, ink bottle and guide sheets. Spaces are limited so book today!

The Wadebridge Fundraising Committee for Cornwall Hospice Care together with Richard Blewett, proprietor at Pengenna Manor invite you to a party night with dinner and dancing and live music to raise funds for the excellent local cause, Cornwall Hospice Care.

Tickets are £25 per person (tables of 10 are available) which will include a glass of Pimms on arrival, canapés, choice of hot main course, choice of dessert and live music until late. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO CORNWALL HOSPICE CARE.
