FOR YOUR OWN EVENT
The Manor doesn't just make a fantastic venue for weddings and wedding receptions, it's also a great place to hold all sorts of different events.
From birthday parties to wedding anniversaries, naming ceremonies to charity fundraisers, corporate events to sporting events, we can host them all. The private location of the Manor, set in its own valley and surrounded by acres of lush countryside means you won't be overlooked or interrupted.
JUST A FEW IDEAS
A birthday party, a wedding anniversary, or renewal of vows. The rustic Cowyard Barn and adjacent courtyard is the perfect space for around 100 guests with table seating for up to 96, plenty of space for dancing, a bar staffed and stocked by us, and an area for pop-up kitchens to be set up. Or if you’re thinking of holding a really big party the flexible, purpose-designed Marquee Garden makes an excellent space for you to hire in a bespoke marquee.
A corporate day to entertain clients, a business conference, or an outdoor event (theatre, cinema or music performance). Our Cowyard Barn events space can hold up to 96 for a dinner, 48 board room style, and around 150 theatre style. A bar stocked and staffed by us is available, and there is a space for pop-up catering to be installed inside or out in the spacious courtyard. Or the adjacent Marquee Garden can be used to hire in a bespoke marquee, as well as being able to host open air-events, for up to 350 people.
A small business meeting, intimate birthday party or wedding anniversary, renewal of vows, or private dining experience. The historic Manor house has a gorgeous spacious Drawing Room with comfy sofa seating for 10, and a large Dining Room with a huge table seating up to 16 guests. A newly fitted kitchen is located next door.
A Naming Ceremony. The unique non-religious alternative to a traditional Christening for your baby or child for up to 150 guests. Choose from one of four licensed locations – the Drawing Room inside the Manor, the feature Summer House at the end of its avenue of apple and cherry blossom trees, under the arch of the Manor's 500 year old front door, or inside the Cowyard Barn.
Filming location, fashion shoot or product launch. With over 300 acres of countryside and woodland, barns, and the historic Manor House as the backdrop there's no shortage of options available.
No matter what your requirements, our proprietor Richard and his team will work with you and your own suppliers, or ones we have recommended, to pull together a great event.
Pengenna Manor is available to hire as your exclusive event venue for 8 (day hire), 24, 48 and 72 hours, or even longer if you wish. Specifically we can offer you:
